     Counseling and therapy assists with the psychology of healing depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, stress and anger, grief and loss. I specialize in adolescent therapy, and help with parenting skills. I also provide general lifestage coaching in response to changes related to age, job, health, and other factors. Counseling and therapy can provide relief to families going through separation or divorce, as well as to blended or step families. The practice draws clients from the Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, and North Port area in Florida.

Counseling and therapy assists individuals and families, and adolescents in forming realistic goals and building healthy coping mechanisms as a response to biological, psychological and environmental stressors.

These stressors usually cause depression, anxiety, stress and relationship conflict.
